The following Worksheet is a PDF.  The template is a Word Document for your amendment.

First, complete the Worksheet.  Then, enter decisions to the template to create a draft.  The Draft is reviewed and presented to the Congregation Council for adoption as a Policy of the Congregation.  Once adopted, the Gift Acceptance Policy should be publicized and posted on the congregation’s website.
